watchable, picture quality ok with some artefacts, and jerky... like a bad ntsc dvdrip... Your 20TH CENTURY BOYS DVD has this problem too.
Stop adding your custom dvd menu and your rip with CANOPUS. Compress your dvd with dvdplatinum, dvdrebuilder or dvdfab, or else leave it untouched (as you do sometimes, fortunately)
