Thank you for this but can I recommend you stay away from RAR files reason: most abuse is by people using rar files (password needed to unpack and no way to tell if legit until download is finished) and in order to watch and seed, you have to keep both source and RAR file on disc, wasting space...cheers

What should I expect to find in this RAR archive? It's a pretty large file, so can I assume that it's an ISO?
