This file is messed up. I tried to move it to another location and it wouldn't budge. I tried to select properties did nothing and then I tried to delete it and it wouldn't delete. I had to go to safe mode to get rid of it... Becareful when dling this not sure if it's a virus or what....

The only reason you coundn't delete/move/edit it is becuase it was being used by another program. A.K.A your torrent program.
If you were seeding the torrent (active in your torrent program.) then you can't move or edit it or delete it, as it is being used by your Torrent program.

Can't be A/V=10/10 because the size is wayyyy too small for the movie length [almost 3 hours]
So: the size, the resolution, the video bit rate all are wrongly chosen. The result can't be OK !!

It should be done better for such a movie quality !!
