As General Manager (GM), you control a 25-man major league roster plus up to 100 additional minor league players. You can make complex player trades and negotiate multi-year contracts as you build your team, but youll have to compete with the other GMs and manage the bottom line. Your involvement as GM does not stop in the teams front office - you also help to manage your team on the field. You set the starting defense, batting order and pitching rotation for your team. Of course, once a ballgame starts, you retire to the luxury box and its up to your teams coaches and players to get the win!
