This torrent is very poorly Seeded because it is packed in RAR files.
The video is very high quality. I have uploaded the contents of this torrent without any pesky RAR files and it currently has about twice the seeds of this torrent:

Uploading torrents containing large RAR files is a bad practice because downloaders tend to unpack the contents and then delete the archive, thus removing themselves from the list of Seeders.
