The quality is good as is the sound but...
avoid this movie like the plague it is.
Normally I like Marc Dacascos (though he's not done much in recent years) but even his Martial Arts skills couldn't improve this low budget turkey.
To make things worse...oh yes it gets worse :) The 'FOR SCREENING PURPOSES ONLY' text stays onscreen, and in the middle of it, the entire movie.
In the top 5 of worst movies I've watched so far this year...along with 27 Dresses.
