In Hong Kong, an american weapons company designs a robot, which is capable of replacing soldiers and saving millions of lives, that is taken by a gang of thieves, who have plans to use the killer robot to put into action their dangerous plans for world domination. The only ones who can stop them are a group of young Hong Kong cops who have to retrieve the robot with their own inferior exhibition robots. Paul Rudd stars. 'CHEESY' WARNING!!!
