This looks like a repackaged version of the one I got from Demonoid ages ago and is also on Kickass. If so, it works, but run it on XP, in a virtual box if you need to.
It's a beta, so it's a bit unstable every now and again, but otherwise it's pretty good.
I've never heard of anyone successfully using cracked 11 or 12... ignore the spammers. The real shit, should it exist, will get posted eventually. But seriously, version 10 is more than adequate for most purposes.

Actually, since the last time I looked, there's some people who claim to have gotten v12 working from a download link. Sounds reaaaaalllly complicated and may not work for everyone. Might give this a go in a new system box.

Holy crap it was hard to register in order to leave this comment...
ANYWAY, hopefully I'm finally giving something back to this community...
So...first off, don't even try installing this to anything other than XP. Use Virtual Machine to open an XP OS:

The main reason is that you will have trouble installing (in other words, be unable to install) the drivers for HASP. Something to do with incorrect *.*dll files. I tried a work around for this, but no go.
So, install the virtual machine and run XP mode.
When in XP mode, run 'setup10' and do the 'FULL' installation.
Go into 'NetHasp' and run both 'askmon32' and 'lmsetup'. As you are in XP, you should have no troubles with incompatibility here. If you fail here, there is no point progressing until you have fixed this.
Now, this is the bit that seems to be missing from the other instructions:
Grab all of the files in 'Crack' folder and copy/paste to 'C:Program FilesOptiTex 10' (this is the folder which should have been automatically created when installing in XP).
Just paste them all in the root folder as explained.
Run the 'install' file.
This should take care of all the rest and you should see a little popup message saying something like 'Aladdin USB Key installed' or something similar in the system tray. This is basically the keygenerator and will now allow you to run the program.
A pain in the ass (thanks to the severe lack of instructions. Seriously, why bother?) but it works.

Here is what I did to theoretically get it working.
Installed Windows XP in a VM. (VMware)
Copied the files from this torrent to the desktop.
Ran setup10.exe, Full Install, Do not configure SDM.
Ran every other EXE in the folder, one at a time; Fabric Editor, Nesting Pack, Samples Pack, SerPack10.
Went into the Runway folder and ran both files in there. one at a time.
Went into the NetHasp folder, Ran askmon32 (left backup as yes). Ran lmsetup. Install as a service. Let it install the drivers. On the final window where it asks if the USB key is connected, press no, then finish.
Copy all the files from the crack folder to C:/Program Files/Optitex 10.
Right click and install askusb.ini and vusbbus.ini.
Double click optitexv10.reg to install it.
Double click install.bat to install the virtual USB drive. At this point it will ask to find a driver. Let it install it automatically.
once that is done, go to Start>All Programs>Alladin>Monitor>AKS Monitor.
In the AKS monitor, right click on HL-Server and hit start. Then right click on HASP License Manager and hit start. Finally, you will need to click on the stoplights on the menu to start both services, if they have not changed automatically.
At this point you can finally start the PDS.
