Het verhaal gaat over drie eekhoorns.

Alvin en de rest proberen alles op alles te zetten om zo

maar Dave daarentegen heeft zijn bedenkingen.
Ze proberen Dave over te halen om alsnog toestemming te geven,
zodat hun droom werkelijkheid wordt.
