halftome, yes, 1920x816 px is supposed to be 1080p.
1080p in some sense has the resolution of 1920x1080 px, which entails an aspect ratio of 16:9. When a film has a wider aspect ratio, then to fit within 1920px wide, the height must be correspondingly lowered, at least if you don't want black bars on the top and bottom of the video. If you found a film with a narrower aspect ratio, then the height would be 1080px but the width would have to be lowered.
The takeaway is that when you see a release that purports to be 1080p, you can know that this is actually the case by looking for a width of 1920px (or in the rare case of a narrower film than 16:9, a height of 1080px).
This film, according to IMDb, has an aspect ratio of 2.35:1. So, with the maximum width of 1080p video at 1920, the height must be 817.02128. Round to the nearest multiple of 16 and you get 816. And indeed, 1920/816 = 2.35294 =~ 2.35
