when i click setup.bat the directx sdk update fine.
then the welcome screen comes up and says press any key. after that it just says sweet. it never extracts anything. :/

Here are the missing files.
After you extract the Narc files from "NARC - PC Rip by Freeman G Ripper" add these files to the Narc directory and play.

Ok, after unpucking create Data folder in the main directory. Extract Data1 and Data2 into it, copy 7z.exe and 7z.dll into it. Copy missing files by budwar65 into the main directory or extract Data WinUHA yourself. Play with charlie.exe
