I downloaded this myself (Oct 2014), and this "Hallmark Hall of Fame" movie is actually the movie "Front of the Class" (2008).
There were no seeds, so I only got about 98% of it, but it did un-RAR and play fine, might be a few small glitches due to the few missing pieces. Just rename the extensions on the unfinished RAR files and it should unzip ok (ignore the few errors).
If you want this movie, I'd recommend this well-seeded non-RAR copy instead:
