Hi, i got a problem with oblivion. I installed it a long time ago then i erased it cuz there was some file that was missing and it told me to reinstall it. But i couldnt erase it cuz some other file used it.Does someone know how to fix this problem so i can reinstall it?

Trying going into C:\Program Files and check o make sure all the files are removed. Though not sure how much this will help but you can also make sure all the setting files are removed
C:\Documents and Settings\\Application Data
Worth a check if you find Oblivion's folder there (odds are it probably be in a folder named after it company) you could just deleted that and see if that helps.
Also ctrl-alt-delete and check for any strange processes that might be using it that shouldn't and always run a anti-virus on downloaded material. (Suggest AVG, they have a free version that works great.)
