Awesome torrent! I love the installer, and the fact that its the higher resolution version.
But in case people want it, I suggest adding a link to the Clannad walkthrough... It can be easy to get stuck trying to figure out how to get to After Story.

This has the same English translations as the other version of the Clannad VN on this site. Its rather good. Their are some times when the japanese characters are used for names, or other things that bare little importance. Nothing is there that should get in the way of enjoying it.
The major differences between this version and the other one, is that:
This one has higher resolution.
This one has English menus.
This one has English still images (the game sometimes has still images at the ends of arcs. This torrent has them translated)
Unlike the other version, the 'previous question' feature doesn't work in this version for some reason. Its not that bad if your fine with saving more.
Overall, a very nice torrent, which I have a ratio over 90 on.

I'm almost done with Fuuko's path, but the BGM suddenly stopped. The voices keep going, but no music ever plays. Also every time Nagisa refers to Okazaki as Tomoya his name is "No valid string, make a ticket about it" in the text. Half the time Nagisa's name is omitted from text as well just leaving a blank space where her name should be. Mostly bothered by the music but any help would be appreciated.

first on the list: no, this is not English dubbed. second (For mrbean): that was fixed in an update to the patch files. ill try and find them for you if you'd like, it'll be my first torrent anyway lol and a warning about upgrading the patches, it corrupts your save files, so finish your ongoing story lines and then update. it does not however corrupt your cg and finished path progresses, so not too big of a deal

I NEED HELP!
I already have this game loaded onto a different computer, so now that I have another computer, I want to load it onto my new computer.
When I clicked the GET THIS TORRENT link with the magnet, nothing happened. It didn't start downloading or anything! I know it says "problems with magnet links are fixed by upgrading your torrent client" but I'm afraid it could screw with my computer or give me viruses! Is there anything else I can do? Or is that my only option?

[Again, this issue involves Fuuko's route losing the BGM half way through, Nagisa's name blanking out sometimes, and an error text in some routes in place of Tomoya Kun. Very irritating.]

@Ksintas What I did was I downloaded the first CD of the CLANNAD OST (or you can download all three) and then I let the WMP play them in the background, so when the time came to play a sad, or a different song, I just selected another song from the list. For the names blanking out, we just have to imagine that there are Furukawa and Tomoya-kun written there :D

I've downloaded this, and the folder has three files. A setup application file, and setup-1 and setup-2. I run the application file and it asks me if i want to allow so i hit yes and then it shows the black run window for a split second and goes away, then nothing else. Someone help me!

Before starting the game, install the latest patch to avoid errors that people are complaining above. If you install later you will loose all saved data (but not the progress), it's not a real problem as you can skip all read text and make the same choices (if you are able remember).

To anyone who could lend me a hand, I'm trying to run this in a mac, using winebottler (.exe runner) and rvlm (a surrogate for reallive.exe). So far, it runs smoothly until the end of the prologue when (i think) the title is to be, when it crashes, starts to devour RAM and I need to shut down the app. I have only downloaded this file, may the patch solve it? and, how do you install it in windows? (wine libraries work the same way)

Is anyone else having to run this with Applocale or some variant. Everything was in Non-unicode and now its in I think Kanji. The base menu is in English, but descriptions and the Prologue everything is in Kanji. Is there a way to change this?

Blink2, I installed the patch you linked to and it seemed to work fine, but I literally just installed the game a few moments before and was about ten minutes in at most. It warns about corrupting saves. My save loaded, but I was in the classroom when the teacher starts talking and I couldn't get any text to appear. I restarted, and indeed the translation seems much better now, and I'm currently talking to Nagisa outside the school, I've exited and reloaded a few times and it seems fine. I'd hate to think of losing a save much further along though. Just throwing that all out there as my experience.

Anyone else have trouble on Windows 7? If I run without admin it asks if I need a 32 or 64 bit verson, and if I do run it as admin it only tells me it can't find setup.exe even though that's what I clicked on.
