You need to activate it on a mac because it uses a new IMG3 file encryption and used new frameworks for the mobiledevice.dll, but yes I'm pretty sure you don't need any special activation as long as you're on AT&T. Windows users can grab it anyways and wait for it to be pwnable.

if you have jailbroken iphone you can get all appstore from (appulo.us)you don't need computer, the only you need to do is go to cydia and add the sources(cydia.hackulo.us)after that search for (installous) (appshare) install them when you finish restar your iphone/ipod and go to (appshare)search for appulo.us and download any ipa games and enjoy.
