You are both idiots. All games from here on out are Wave 3, not wave 1 dumbass. They all contain the new dashboard so it has to be Wave 3. Use your brain and think.
Yes, it will work with iXtreme 1.51. All games that are wave 3 work on iXtreme 1.51. If a game didn't then there would be a wave we didn't know about. Patching the game was the stupidest thing they could have come up with. Once patched, that .iso will never be playable on live. You will be banned for a patched/bad .iso.
