^--- Sure DvD r's are practically free, However a USB loader plays the game at full speed, dvd'rs only read at 3x. Not to mention with a USB loader you never have to change discs at all. As for installing, it was easier than fucking with homebrew. You can even go to the video store, but the disc in your wii and rip it to your drive. You can easily get a 500 gig external drive for $100... I use the my book 500 gig... overkill yes.. but still handy.

I really need help guys. Ive got the 4.0 firmware and homebrew channel installed. What else do I need to get this to work? I get "game disc cant be read" what to do?

yo jimber22, i have a softmod 4.0 as well, wouldnt work but then used the gammafix 002 thing and it worked fine, there is a torrent on this site that has a different version of back up launcher with this fix built in, works like a charm and you try it to sort your problem. hope this helps

i dont know if you are aware of this miiqu, but the softmods are completly legal, downloading games is legal however unless you own a copy of the game, so i wouldnt worry about nintendo calling around to your house or anything, how could they tell your using a copied game? dont be silly boy, and i recomend the softmod, it works with every single game ive tried, and thats at least 15, and it was free too. hohohohoho
