southie does not matter if its rar or not if u dont have seeds the download is going to be slow
the rule is the more seeds the faster the download.

avi files put into rars are a dead giveaway as there is no advantage to doing this.

"scene releases are always rar'ed. There are MANY advantages to using rar's. "
Can you name them,
1)given that avi's are already heavily compressed any dl time saved(it will be tiny)will probably be offset by the time taken to uncompress before viewing
2)torrents already use hash checking so adding extra hash checks thro using rars is pointless

good question, I also noticed the tiny bit that downloaded from the non existant peers also started to upload to the other leechers..which also seemed odd

.mkv works with vlc
its a codec for high def content that and .mp4
and i dloaded that last week and it worked for me the mkv format
