its just a setting on your iphone, look in the ipod video settings for it.
its unrelated to the file or itunes. You can select the subtitle however while its playing in itunes, but this is unrelated to your iphone. browse your settings ON YOUR IPHONE.

I m using PC, does it work on PC?
I had try turn on the closed Captioning in ipod setting and it does show a 'chat button' next to the rewind button. When choose english sub, it does not shom when i play the movie.
iTunes dose show also after I turn on the setting in edit->prefference->playback->subtitiles language
any idea? :-(

I do understand now. It ONLY works in foreign parts. Not all conversation in the movie unless you hardcoded in.
