I resolved Apache issue. It was port conflict with IIS Admin. I stopped that service and Apache started. However, when trying to activate, the code returns 'Activation Failed'.

Had no problems with install.
It is showing an error with Google External Tool which is no longer active and I need the newest version but the password is not working to get to the download of ver.5.
Can someone please post v5 or let me know how to get it?
