Damn, thanks for a good release. Works perfectly. Must say I am impressed with the game engine. Looks nice and runs smooth on the highest graphics settings. Its not crysis graphics by far, but its still really nice.

like all u guys,i was jus waitin to play this epic game....!!! i've played about 12%.. i feel horrible to say to this,the game is gettin really borin..
1>thr r like 4,5 spots wer u get missions,each place offers the same fuckin mission everytime!!!
2>storyline is not up to mark..not at'll indulging
3>irritatin AI!! u can kill around 10-15 guys at a time wit jus a knife,even if ur cover is blown!!! trust me n try it out...
4>standard music in every fuckin situation!!
like every other gamer here,i was waitin for fc2,n i am very thankful to razor for the crack,i swear i would hav gone crazy without it...
but i am really sorry to say this,the game ain't tat gud..the best part about the game r its trailers.....!!!!!!!! will continue playin:(

fafnirragnarok, have you tried mounting it with Daemon tools? Sometimes poweriso and the like can't handle the might of these .iso's. I've always had success with Daemon tools though.

1 - download and install Daemon Tools
2 - search google for a program to unpack rar files. after unpacking them you'll have an "iso" file
3 - use Daemon Tools to "mount" the iso file
4 - it should auto start the game the same way inserting a game cd in your cd/dvd rom drive.

on another note....
after the "automatic" Ubisoft update the game asks you to enter a serial.
i recopied the crack over and it loads it up properly but the game is freezing now.
i reinstalled the game and blocked the autopatch program and the game itself in my firewall but it still manages to connect and download the updates.
i suggest PHYSICALLY unplugging yourself from the net when you go to play this. right now i'm stuck with an unplayable game :/

the best thing about the game r its trailers,but they completely misguide u,at the end u n jackal save africa!!! u dont kill the jackal,he's the gud guy in this game, at the end he goes for a sacrifice to save the civilians of africa!!!!!!!!!!

I just have to say that be careful with downloading the far cry 2 from this or the other farcry 2 torrent. It installs the folding@home program wich is not a virus or anything like that. But it consumes a lot of your pc processing power. "I am not saying it is this torrent though"

if the game is all black when you start it your monitor might not be able to display the default 1440x900 resolution. in that case just right click the far cry exe icon then left click run in safe mode. then you can change the resolution and play normally.

How I Fixed Far Cry 2 Problems (nothing to do with the torrent/crack)
Turn compatibility mode to "windows 98/me" to do this go the properties for "farcry2.exe" and go to the compatibility tab and change the compatibility mode to "windows 98/me". This fixed the extremely long loading time.
If you have sound problems during game (glitchy sound) go in Sound and Audio Devices in the control panel. Go to the Audio Tab and click Advanced in the Sound Playback section. Switch to the performance tab and turn Hardware acceleration to the lowest. I haven't tested this out myself but its worth a try.

ok so i get the 79 files and i join them with hjsplit. this gives me a file with no file extension. if i change it to an iso, i can't extract it nor can i mount it with daemon tools. if i change it to a rar file i can't extract it either. in both cases when trying to extract, it extracts for a bit then says it needs some "rzr-fcr2.r00" to continue. uh wtf?

All i got was a 1 rar file and a system info file.
So i just exracted to my desktop
Then i double clicked set up
Then when installed (takes about 5 mins) went to my c\drive.. clicked on ubisoft folder..clicked on bin folder...copyed and pasted crack in there...done(when it asks you if u want to replace file click yes)
