some little old man downloaded the ts encoded it to dvd then this uploader obtained the dvd off the little man and ripped it back to avi so that makes it a dvdrip read the info in future

Although the uploader has done a great thing for sharing this with us, he should not have listed DVDRip in the title of the torrent. That is incorrect, and people who don't like CAM versions are being misinformed and are wasting their bandwidth.
Just because it was ripped from a DVD which contained a CAM version DOES NOT make it a DVDRip. And just for the record, the fact that the movie has only just been released is no reason why people have to assume that this is a CAM when it states otherwise: occasionally, DVD screeners are released before the film and these are not CAM versions, so don't act like people should "just know" that it's a CAM because the film hasn't been released on DVD yet.
