this will only convert the first five minutes of any file unless you pay to use the whole program. if i wanted to pay for shit i wouldn't be on the pirate bay now would i. this is a waste of time.

Have you tried to convert RM to avi, or MKV to avi with this? Those are the two formats that seem to mess up every other converter. They all claim it, but so far none can do it. I'll give it a try.
