about banning members and deleting torrents

Somebody tell me exactly what is going on! Who was banned? And why were they banned? What was deleted? And why was it deleted? I'm in the dark here. Maybe TPB did the right thing. Maybe they did the wrong thing. What happened and when did it happen?????

they took off fully clothed children because the bible thumping folks think they are too racy and are child porn.
even tho they have a double standard here since the law does not call these pictures CP....anymore then they call file sharing illegal....if not less if you live in the USA.

P-Ness,I am from the States and proud of it.
I do not agree what goes on here each and every time.
This also does not make me puritan,sexually repressed,
or a prude.
AND,I have said,"a child nude or NN does not make it CP."
IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN THE CONTEXT OF THE
PHOTOGRAPHY.
And you know that.
These have no merits what so ever.
Get over it. It could not be justified as being close to legit
child modeling.
Why is it so hard to get that through most of the heads of the uploaders and the desirers of this type of content.
My suggestion is to start your own server to share with
your friends.
Send us a postcard from the big house on how you
made out, using the "legal age of consent" excuse.
