I have my torrent at 99.2%... but the movie it self is fully downloaded. As long as you don't need to watch the additional scenes or Short film... the copy of the movie everyone has is good to go. I will keep seeding my 99% copy, if it hits 100% great, but it is good enough now.

As I have said, 99.2% completion is fine. You can't watch the extended scenes, the sample or the uploaders little bonus film. But the movie itself is completely intact and watchable. Quality is more than watchable, you will never find anyone to seed this 100% but this torrent is not dead. I have shared 550%+ for this file. I am about to stop sharing it, but 99.2% has the complete movie.
