might sound awesome, but I can hardly hear it. Whats with the poor sound level?

its in ac3, i find that it is almost inaudible as well :'(

I would hazard a guess that if the sound is two quiet then your video playing software is not down mixing the six channels to stereo when you play it through a stereo output.
What you're hearing then is only what's sent to the left and right channels out of 5.1, and not hearing the centre channel (usually used for voices), the subwoofer (big sounds), or the rear channels.
Have a look in your video players settings and see if there's an option to "downmix" 6 channel sound to stereo on playback.
