SiLU makes great quality HD Rips so there no need to worry on that one :)

THIS IS NOT 720p!
Resolution is 960 x 528, not much better than a DVD. Also, the quality is really not good. This is the first SiLU I've seen that is bad.
Interestingly, the alternative is an 8GB 1080p version. Why this 2GB DVD-like thing. Why not a DVD5-sized real 720p?
