I am perplexed as to the reason for having this film split into two seperate files. I can see that it would fit onto two CD's, but seriously, what advantage is there in that? DVD's seem to be universally the medium of choice.
Secondly what is the easiest way to "merge" two .avi files so I can seamlessly make a continuous movie without having to put on a menu system?

Hi,
I'm new to all this. I downloaded these two "CD's" and converted them to avi for technical purposes. CD 1 was fine but when I converted CD 2 the output folder filled up with loads of trailer videos...all from Russia, and a Helen Mirren folder from the film. Is it normal to hide trailers in videos on this site and what else may be hidden? Bit worried.
