I guess the problem lies on your antivirus
Not ALL keygens are infected
What antivirus are you using ?
If you want to know if a keygen is really infected or not , wwhat u can do is download this software :

It's called sandboxie
Run the keygen using this software
By doing so , u are running the .exe from an isolated area in ur pc , and thus won't affect ur pc even if the keygen is really infected
You can check what process is the keygen running using sandboxie
By right , it should be only one process running
That proves that the keygen is not infected
This is how the folks on TPB test to see whether the keygen is infected or not
