its real, and virus free, its a low-res, homebrew game that seems to have been made in appreciattion for the classic nes/snes ff games. I know it works on XP, you have to install the RPG-2000 fileset first and copy the exe file into the same directry as the rest of the main prog. more support can be found at velv.net.cheers.

actually it is a complete game i have played this before and just redownloaded it it is lowres but its fun and very much like old final fantasy 3 north american version aka ff6 japan if you cant figure the game it it means your brain is fried and you should go back to elementary schoolSpinfx (2014-02-10)
Yes, FFNova is a fangame (RPGMaker-based, I believe). I recall playing a couple hours of it years ago, because at that time I had a shit computer and no consoles. Would be nice to replay it now, but alas no seeds, plus I must confess RPGMaker style is a tad too retro for my tastes nowadays.I played many indie games before, and shareware while the episodic craze was still around. FFNova is one of the better fan games around, albeit limited by the RPGMaker of the time.
