By allowing your torrent application to just run in the background of your computer & it should automaticly start uploading or "seeding" the fies to others piece by piece when they try to download the torrent...thats, in a nut shell, how torrents work...if your application cannot connect to seed then check your options section of the torrent application, Utorrent is the best & most secure in my opinion.
