Our (purchased) video tape of this has worn out due to the kids playing so often.

For the first 1 minute 15 seconds, which is in the opening credits, the rip has repeated audio intrusions from a second audio track (some commentary by Michael Fox). These coincide with video glitches. No sign of this problem after that.
