When having trouble with no audio or video, 90% of the time its a codec missing. To find out what codecs is needed to play the video file u can check it with gspot, it tells u what is needed and what u have and/or lacking to play the file. But as suggested, download a codec pack and install, should work. And if not, here is whre u get gspot

This is crap.
Avi Index is broken.
Skips every 10 seconds at least, if not sooner.
VLC couldn't fix it properly, Media Player Classic couldn't play it without skipping, QuickTime lost audio a few seconds in.
Makes me wonder if it was intentionally done.
Absolute crap video file.
Don't waste your time with this one, download a different version.
