At the weigh-in, the top 2 contestants are put into the final and the remaining member of the final 3 will be picked by America from the bottom 2. This episode aired on Dec 1, 2009. The resolution is 512x384 and while the quality is not as good as a scene release due to my capture and encoding methods it is quite watchable in my opinion.
