Aguirre was the first film I watched with Klaus Kinski. I was a kid but I never forgot his face (how can you?) Since, I tried to see all of his works. Not all is good, but just seeing his tormented face on screen made most worth-while.
I still think Aguirre is a classic in it's own right.
