The settings page is missing and so by default all downloaded files go, directly to your desktop. Essentially if you take a URL from youtube, for example: Paste it in to the top of this application, click on the add button then it will download it to your desktop as a raw FLV file. Why does thepiratebay not allow us to type in a URL, when I say a youtube URL, what I mean is that you need to go to the page showing the video that you want, then copy the URL from your browsers address bar in to the MD Youtube Video downloader, and click "Add urls", it'll start downloading.
