I don't know what you are uploading, but SP2 from Microsoft is only 266mb from:

when SP2 was first released it could get it on a cd.
the cd was the full sp2 ... for network admins

c_jack is correct. M$ was mailing those CDs out on thier own dime and some people were odering 100s of them just to spite M$ (LOL!)...that is until M$ started limiting the amount you could order.
Anyways...I have a few of the CDs as well and I am seeing a slight discrepency in the size. Mine shows as 498,444,288 bytes

the "size" is that of an iso image, not the bytes of the files on the disk

I have used this where xp did not need activation.
If the product code you used to install is black listed
it will not pass the wga. Ex: I installed a copy of the "devils own" with a different product code than it came with and it took sp2 with no problem, but it would not pass the wga.

early MS comments of sp3 where that it would only
install on XPsp2. Last night I set up a gateway with sp1 and then installed sp3. Early reports where wrong , sp3 installed on XP w/sp1 without any problems. Therefore I do not think this iso is any longer relevent, so I will no longer be seeding it.
