It is small resolution and meant to be. Are you trying to watch full screen on a huge HDTV or monitor? This is 111mb, watch it without blowing it up or put it on your smartphone...and enjoy.

To be fair, the resolution is quite clearly displayed (272p). If you want higher, you could always google for 'torchwood BoB ReEnc' , and you will find one ~200mb....
