Someone can tell me how i install? Tried adding an *.iso at the end of the file but not worked, sorry if this is total noobage but i really don't know what to do.

You need winrar/7zip to extract first, then it will create an ISO.

@silascou, gns-pe11.001 the file, select "open as" and use winrar, then open extract! :)
