The content partly overlaps with that from other CDs that I have posted in the past, most notably "Sign of the Crumhorn" (https://thepiratebay.se/torrent/4736996), but that is not to say that this CD is simply 'more of the same'. While some of the tunes will be familiar, the interpretation is very different. This is a highly-polished and precise recording that shows noble restraint, and the tracks often flow into each other in the manner of an authentic performance, rather than being presented as individual pieces.
