Empire Total War Campaign Fix

First upload, i pulled this off another site. supposedly this fixes the campaign bug for Road to Independence. I have not had a chance to try this out since I need to reinstall the game.

Yes, works fine here. Install the game, apply the patch, copy in the sound fix and then copy in this RTI fix.

EDIT...not the patch, I meant apply the crack.

Um, I don't think I'm terribly bad at stuff like patches and cracks and all that, been doing it for a long time. I can't for the life of me figure out how to apply this fix and there's no instruction file.
Can anyone shed a little light onto the matter?

zerawkid: copy the files in the rar into Program Files/Empire Total War/data/campaigns/episodic_1 or where ever you installed it

It only fix the campagn bug not the sound bug right?
I've downloaded the game from razor1911 and I noticed that when your dudes shot with their rifles or canons its like muted. And when you finish the first battle in road to intependence there is a bug.
