you have to select the segarally exe file, not BIN file.
I don't really know if there's a virus or not (it's in the patch file, according to antivirus) but I'll rather won't try it. I've downloaded patch from official site, extracted it into the app folder and got crack by Fairlight elsewhere and it works. :)

I bought this game about 2 years ago. But tested this version, the game is not a virus, just don't install the patch and crack . Install the game, and delete the patch+crack folder, and download the patch and crack from gamecopyworld. and you're set.
