Amping to get this thing finished already but nearing 20 hours d/l now and it's been hopelessly stalled @ 98.9%. Anybody else having 'dead torrent' problems?

Mine also stopped at 98,9% but after a couple of hours it went up to 100%. Now I've extract the files but can't play the video. I'm using the VLC Player, but it only plays the audio. These ar .mkv files. I'm not used to them. Any suggestion what I can do to make this run properly?
