Downloaded it and started watching it. Looks like an interesting movie, but I'm sorry to say that this release seems to be a 4:3 that has been cut down to 16:9.
A lot of half heads and subtitles in the upper region cut in half. I think this is near unwatchable :-(

The release is stretched indeed, but using a player as BSplayer you may change it to 1.85:1 , the correct aspect ratio (the file is 16:9)
There is no subtitles in the upper-head.
