thanks for all the work... have you checked out higher compression formats ? for example, the xvid asd format used by tvshow.yoyo.pl compresses 1 hour of video into 220 MB.... and its excellent quality... i'm not sure if its proprietary, the website has started charging for downloads, i think...another format H 264 is supposed to be as good...
since you are uploading a lot, 40% extra compression might be helpful both for you and for downloaders...
