Try downloading the Community Codec Pack(CCCP). Some Bdrips actually play in Windows Media player after you cram enough codecs into your computer. Just try everything, and don't try to get it to work just before you're going to watch it.

Using VLC you can sync the audio by pressing "g" and "h" on the keyboard. Look it up in the Options menu. Also, you can sync up subtitles.

If your flash drive is Fat32 formatted, it wont accept transfers of around 4+ gigs.
Try formatting it as NTSF
