This UNDUB has the USA english text with the original Japanese spoken dialog. Version 2.0 now also restores voices for the mini-event skits. Enjoy this great game the way it was meant to be played! -- Release Notes -- The USA release of ToA had skit voices disabled entirely because they were too lazy to dub them. Unfortunately providing the JP skit voices was not enough to undo this. Figuring out what they changed took a lot of analysis, made extra annoying due to a large amount of localization changes compiled into the game ... something like looking for a particular needle in a haystack full of needles. Fortunately, I got fresh motivation every time I saw one of those mute skits; now you can thank me each time you hear one. ;) Event, skit, battle and movie voices are now Japanese. Yes, the few movies lack subtitles; live with it. The temporarily missing voice bug in 1.01 is also fixed. Hackers/coders want to contact me? Look for a fluffy kitty. *** USA PUBLISHERS *** Please stop ruining your games with such horrible english dubs! We are forced to go to extremes like this because you are making the games we love unplayable! Consider multi-language or special-edition releases with the original high quality Japanese voices.

I registered just to say thank you, I have long wanted to play this game with the original voices. I warms my heart when fans release such a superior product compared to companies.

I thought the majority of the voice acting in the original was pretty decent. English voice acting has come a long, long ways from the 80's and 90's.
Regardless, it's a fucking SIN when a publisher does not include both versions on the disc when it's localized, so THANK YOU for uploading this. I will gladly play this game again and enjoy the native language greatly!

if your ps2 is soft/hard modded (mem card hack or mod chip), then you should be able to burn and play. If you use mem card hack like fmcb you must patch the image first with memento patcher or esr patcher

Burned to a DVD+R with DVD Decrypter (the PS2 doesn't like RWs)
Nice to be able to try this game in Europe with the original soundtrack, considering how natural it seems with JAP voices on ENG subtitles it makes you wonder why they don't include both in the original version

Help please, I tried this on the pcsx2, it is working fine until it got stuck on the loading screen(w/ white dots at bottom right) after the sword training at beginning of game.

Alright, I got to fix the freeze after the training scene in the beginning of the game.
Dont use pscx2 load function to load before this scene. It is better to use the game's save and load state. Turn off all speed hacks and game fixes for now. And then playthrough up to after the training scene. IT SHOULD BE OK NOW. After that scene, you can use pscx2's save/load state.
