This release is the original at 120, which is 7 minutes shorter than the Director's Cut which is 127 minutes long.
Video quality of this release is sub-par at best. The format is 640x480 with massive black areas around the centered movie in the middle. It does not fit to your diplay screen. Furthermore the conversion is bad where everything is jagged at the edges. Kind of what it looks like if you use too low bitrate or if you apply a sharperning filter with too high threshold. Curved or diagonal lines suffer the most from this. The opening sequence of the freeway when the beginning credits are shown are example enough. The video quality of this release will not satisfy anyone.
There is a torrent of better quality available through another site if you search for it, also that one is the Director's Cut version.
