Power 90 - Disk 1 - Levels 1-2 Sweat, Sculpt and Abs

All you couch potatoes that tried to do P90X and found out just how out of shape you really are - this is for you. This came before P90X and will get you in shape to try again (notice I said TRY) For all of you who tried to download wolverat's torrent only to find out it's not all out there - YOUR WELCOME This is Disk 1 of the 3 Disk Set I should have Disk 2 in a week or so and I'm still looking for Disk 3 (Though Disk 3 is not really part of the routine it's more of an introductory quick fat loss program) I will post both of these when (if for disk 3) I have them. This Disk includes: Sweat Cardio 1-2 Sculpt Circuit 1-2 Ab Ripper 100 This file is in .iso format. That means you can either burn it to a DVD disk and use it in any DVD player or you can mount it to a virtual drive using a program like Power ISO and play it using a DVD capable media player. Unlike the last Dumb-ass that posted this and only seeded it to a 1:1 ratio I will be seeding this on a regular basis until I see a number of seeds. If you don't see any seeds for this, be patient, I'm like Arnold - "I'll be back!"

Lemonsnaps! Thanks for this. I look forward to disk 2 (and3?). I know I'm a larda$$ so want to see if this will do what it claims anc possibly move up to p90x. If it's as it claims it would be a worthy purchase after my review.

Your Welcome. I know I didn't include the instructions or guides or anything but those aren't hard to find.
So far this has been up for about 24 hrs and I only had to log off for about 4 hrs. Right now I'm seeing 6 Seeders here on Pirate Bay and 12 in uTorrent. And I've only seeded to a 1.6:1 ratio. So thanks to all you who kept seeding after you finished downloading. Hopefully now that this is started everyone will try to seed to at least a 1:1 ratio. (I personally try for a 1.2:1.)
Well I've devoted my entire bandwidth to this over the last 24 hrs so I'm gonna turn it over to the seeders for now. I will be checking in on this daily to make sure there are still seeders for those that want this. If this gets back down to 1 or 2 seeders I will back in to help keep this going.
Now to go concentrate on getting Disk 2 together.

I am having a small trouble. I burned the ISO to a DVD but no DVD players seem to recognize it. I used ImGburn to burn the ISO. I never had this happen with any other ISOs.

thanks for sharing this. But can someone tell me how to play this? I wrote the ISO onto a dvd using mac, but I cannot play it on the computer (mac/pc). Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Although emcee_n's torrent includes the more advanced exercise programs, the videos have terribly low resolution. This is an iso of the original DVD - perfect quality, can read the program info on the right, and there's the option to turn off Tony's weak music. Thanks very much, lemonsnaps, I also look forward to Disc 2.

this file is crap. the most likely reason you guys are having trouble viewing this is the fact that there is no audio files with the iso. when i mount this iso on my mac it shows a video_ts folder but no audio_ts folder. all my other Power 90, P90X, and P90X+ iso files have both the audio and video folders and of course work fine. if someone actually has this iso fully intact with the audio and video could you please put it up.
