There are no nudes (ever) of Elizabeth Smith. These are photos that have been taken over the years, along with a pdf article about her and a brief video clip interview.
If I post images (other than artwork) that contain nudity, I'll always try to indicate it in the description.

What is the appeal? There is a relatively large community of people who are attracted to disabled people. It ranges from "wanting to help (good samaritan)" through to some natural connection (attraction similar to another trait in a person), to fascination (how do they do that? - which is often played up on shows like Maury Povitch - and is part of the "freak show" attraction found in carnivals), to a sexual drive (similar to an attraction for a "hottie").
I ran across this while doing research for a novel I was writing and have stuck around, sharing what I can.
